TEDDI ANN BARRY, formerly Teddi Ann Miskulin, is a Colorado native and graduated Creighton Law in 1999. Her experience ranges from dependency and neglect work as respondent parents' attorney and as a guardian ad litem to highly litigated divorce and most recently mediation. She has been trained in Collaborative Law and is working with the legal community and other professionals to deter clients from litigating their family law matters and instead mediating and/or making their own determinations about how the family will exist in the future. Teddi Ann is a member of the Colorado Bar Association; the Family Law Section of the Denver Bar Association; the Continental Divide Bar Association,the Mile High, Denver and Peak-to-Peak collaborative law practice groups.

KERRY RAINS  brings 18 + years of diversified legal experience to our office.  Her numerous years as a judicial assistant, clerk and State paralegal offer a unique advantage to working with our clients in the private sector.  As the office manager and paralegal for the practice, Kerry works hard to offer our clients the personal attention and service as needed through their case.  Her personal skills and professional conduct with the courts and the other professionals we work with during a case are second to none.
